ELCIC and CLWR: New Address
The ELCIC National Office has moved to a new location. As of April 21, the national offices of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC) and Canadian Lutheran World Relief (CLWR) have moved to 400-185 Carlton Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 3H7. Please update your records with this new address. All phone numbers remain the same.
THE TRINITY FOOD PANTRY (TFP)
continued to operate during COVID. Monthly meals were dropped and masks mandated for pickup. There was a drop in donations of in kind gifts like canned and boxed foods. Using present funds the hampers were enhanced to include fresh produce and high protein foods. TFP thanks the individuals and congregations that made cash donations for Christmas gifts and hampers. In June clients will be offered refreshments and snacks on hamper day to reconnect with clients again. Listening to them is a step toward reconciliation. TFP will gratefully receive donations of canned and boxed foods and cash gifts. Cheques payable to Grace Lutheran Church and marked for Trinity Food Pantry may sent to Grace Lutheran Church, 211 Kimberly Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R2K 0X3
