LUTHER VILLAGE:
The Luther Village Board has received the resignation of Executive Director Connor Trueman, who is currently on leave from her position at LV. The Board is saddened but understanding in hearing this news.
Connor writes, “It is with a heavy heart and mixed emotions that I leave my position at Luther Village. I have cherished the opportunity to serve at LV and still have so many ideas about what the future has in store for the camp. However, since going on leave, my family’s work situation has changed dramatically and unexpectedly. My husband was elected bishop of the MNO synod this past spring... I appreciate the opportunities, relationships, professional development, and experience that I have gained while serving at Luther Village. Being the Executive Director has been a real dream come true and I am so thankful for the opportunity.”
We are grateful for Connor’s time serving the camp and the passion she continues to bring to the LV community. We wish Connor all the best in her future endeavours. May God bless Connor, Bishop Jason and Alexander in their new adventure together.
The Board of Trustees will be looking for a new Executive Director over the coming weeks. The Job Advertisement and the Job Description are posted on the bulletin board. For more information you can contact the Luther Village Board of Trustees at luthervillage.board@gmail.com
