THE MITTEN BASKET
This year numerous people contributed knitted mitts, hats, scarfs and sweaters to this project. A huge thank you to all of you. At the end of October, the items were distributed to LUM, Agape Table (West Broadway Area) and our Church Food Bank. These items were for all ages.
To help us get started knitting in 2014, I want to give a big thank you to Gary, owner of A.A.A. Consignment, 197 Osborne St., who gave me a huge bag of wool, all different colours. This wool has already been distributed. We are always in need of wool, so I am asking for donation of wool or else a monetary donation, would be greatly appreciated, please mark on your envelope, KNITTING PROJECT. Your continuing support is greatly appreciated!
