Well, we are back in the swing of things at Sunday school for 2008.  January’s cold weather has brought attendance down so let’s hope February’s forecast is a little warmer because we sure miss you all.   Thank you for using your Sunday school offering envelope…..your name and the amount is very helpful too!  If you do not have envelopes, please see Val.  We have a few reminders that we are hoping you can go over with your children:

• Please respect the teachers and the classroom. 
• Children must remain in their classrooms during their Sunday school class.
• No running around the basement while classes are in progress.
• Children should be accompanied by their parents for coffee and dainties (Remember “Only take what you will eat  & take what you touch”  Thank you)

Our Sunday school staff have an Easter play which the children can perform during a service.  Please let Val know you are interested in participated. 

Special Event:
On Sunday, February 17th, please join our Sunday School staff for an afternoon of glow golfing.  We will have a lunch after church at the church, the cost will be $2.50 per person for lunch only.  We will meet at 2:00pm at “U-Putz” on 423 McPhillips (across from McPhillips Street Station) for golfing only.  The cost per person is $5.50 for golfing & a glow bracelet only to be paid in advance.   Please register as soon as possible. See Val.   Come out and join the fun and make some new friends!!!    See you there!!!!
